Frozen Custard is a premium frozen desert that originated in Coney Island as a carnival treat and quickly spread out to tourist areas around the country. The TV show “Happy Days” had a famous custard stand called “Arnold’s”. Our Frozen custard is made on site every day. We will offer Vanilla and a flavor of the day. All flavors will be available in ½ pints, pies, and cakes. We only use natural extracts and premium ingredients.
Fat content is 10% which is lower than hard ice cream, but with egg yolks to give it that unbelievable smoothness.
